Pros
They're very plush and comfortable. But the durability and comfort are excellent. For the price these are perfect and very comfy!
One thing to note is that the color of the shoes is different than what is pictured. Workmanship appears above average.
The combination of (lower) velcro and (upper) ratcheting straps allows perfect adjustment. Be sure to purchase the longer shimano screw set before riding.
Cons
Too bad the exterior functions aren't of great quality. The threads in three of the holes in the shoes are too recessed and the bolts don't reach them.

In the north east and new england area you really need to be careful about wearing good shoe covers
