I get bored with drinking water and this helps me stay motivated to hydrate with non-caffeinated drinks. Always have cold gatorade for hubby.
Cons
Glacier cherry is absolutely disgusting. Not sure if the one i received was defective. Container had been damaged.

Normally a great product they just need to take better care in shipping as the reviews show that a very large amount of people get it and its already smashed open in the shipping process
