Pros

Bought two gators, and both doors were fixed in less than 10 mns.

The gator plate matches the new kwikset deabolt, and we simply painted the door/handle knob with some rustoleum satin silver finish which is close enough and good for now. The satin nickel finish looks fine and seems as sturdy as what it replaced.

Cons

Does the job, but seriously overpriced. This item is not returnable. It's not worth the gamble!

If you need that in a strike plate, take a cheep file to an existing strike plate. Only adds about 1/16 of clearance vs existing latch. This won't fix a loose door problem -- it's just a 2 part striker plate with fixed screw holes.
