Case fits my old ovation 12 string like a glove. The 12 string gretch jumbo fits perfectly. It is a martin tenor ( 5 string ) and the case fit it perfectly.
The cybele according to one reviewer is slightly larger than a parlor guitar. I'm going to get a legit takamine case for it and use this case for one of my 6 string dreadnoughts.
The cases opens and close properly without having to coax an alignment of the interior or the metal edge. The hinges are well secured on flat surface as opposed to the other where hinges are awkwardly mounted on a radius so they don't lie flat.
Cons
Not sturdy enough to check as luggage on an airplane or bus. Replacement was also damaged, with the top being cracked.

This is a really good quality case especially for the price
Have had no problems with the heel joint hump since storing and i top up the oasis once per week with 12 ml of distilled water
I dont understand people raving about the excellent quality
The one i received is midlevel quality at best and frankly i think it is somewhat overpriced

Packaging/appearance
My only complaint like others that have reviewed is the packaging it comes in
Not enough for me to bother with returning but come on spend a little more on packaging
The packaging it came in was an absolute joke
Competitiveness
They are lighter in weight than the wood hardshell cases they protect as well as the wood cases and are comparable in price

Starting with the handle there is no binding so it swivels freely the pins are metal not plastic
