I like the videos by this author and the way in which it is described, the excercise book is also well thought through for the basics, how to move your pen to scribe the alphabet etc.

Page 66 has common islamic phrases and p67-68 has the 99 names of allah in arabic.

The biggest problem i faced was that the written arabic script in many courses was so tiny it was impossible (at least for me) to recognize the subtle differences between many letters.

This was a necessary purchase for a beginners' course i'm taking, and it's a good, clear introduction to the language.

As it is printed though, the teacher tells me that some things look slightly different when written by hand, and some of the vowels are printed slightly to the left, when i think they should be in the centre above letters.
