Pros
The base screws on with a hex key which is provided. It has a square fitting on the bottom of the upright part which fits into the base, this prevents it from becoming misaligned. It comes with its own custom wrench.
Toilet paper holder is a contemporary addition to my guest bathroom. The misalignment of the toilet paper arm has been corrected. The chrome matches perfectly with all the other hardware and fixtures in that bathroom.
We are very happy with the purchase. But the best part is that it saved my marriage.
Cons
Toilet paper holder looks great but feels flimsy. The base has a lot of rust as well. Overall, it's a pricey toilet paper holder.
Quality of workmanship is poor. Flaw is more irritating than returnable.
