Im about a 3233 waist with fuller than normal behind so i went with large size black fits like a snug second skin i imagine medium would fit pretty tight but i prefer it less tight would think twice before wearing it to a conventional beach or pool since it is a bit to say the least sexy would wear it to a clothing optional beach if i wanted to wear something there
