The garofalo brand cooks much faster, is more flavorful, and offered a much smoother texture and bite than any other brand of bucatini i tried. I especially like the bucatini, it is the perfect thickness and provides a perfect al dente’ firmness.
Product in high quality, taste and freshness are good with this brand. It is competitively priced as well.
Cons
The chew is so different and not as expected. This is not real bucatini, which is tubular. Just be cautious and look carefully at each 1-lb.

It is thick pasta and takes longer to cook than directions say but definitely worth the extra few minutes to cook to your desired doneness

So ordering this one was a great deal
This is a delicious pasta and you don’t have to buy 20 lbs to get a reasonable price
On top of that it is the lowest cost of bucatini on amazon

Other thin packaging doesnt hold if you dont use it all so ive got to get a pasta keeper
