Im totally puzzled why garmin does not use this display or variant of it in other of their fit bandswatches

I got the vivoactive hr for a short while and had to send it back as it was not readable indoors in the evening i wanted to love it but the display while great in bright daylight was almost unreadable under normal evening light indoors

The gearfit 2 on the other hand will fall off so i used a silicon kep cap with the strap through it and never came off majorminor con is it at times takes me a long time to get it paired with my samsung cell phone and then once paired works fine to transfer the data to the connect app which while not organized well has nice collection and summary featurestook me awhile to like it that said sometimes it refuses any connection and transfer but finally does so after a lots of futzing including going into an area that has no other wifi or blutooth running thinking interference can be an issue

Then once working goes ok until it happens again the major con somewhat triggered by not doing the synch daily if too many days there is greater chance data get lost and or cant connect

Also i want to mention that i thought this tracker was new but the whiteband model had a card inside that said it was amazon certified refurbished
