Pros
No longer need batteries when using it on my motorcycle. Worked fine with my gpsmap 78 series. It totally transforms my battery eating monster that is my bike mounted garmin 78.

The connection was tight when plugged in the device and stayed plugged in throughout the trip with excessive gs and landings
