All you need is a mounting adapter featuring the serrated disc bottom that mates with this base

Pry steadily with enough force to slowly release or tear the adhesive

For torsion which works best with slightlybulged mounting surfaces which tend to limit adhesive contact to near the center of the base try a strap wrench perhaps of about 12 strap width
