Pros

I have a stubborn 18-pound dog that is half chihuahua and and 1/4t terrier mix. She will get fixated on something and becomes untrainable. My only wish is that the handheld control was smaller & lighter weight.

Cons

Dog won't eat, he shakes every timeyou touch him and he runs away when you call to him. The bark function is simply too inconsistent and there is no way to adjust the bark sensing sensitivity to make it respond to sound/vibration/both.

In all honesty i find the product a great product when it works. This unit is a hunk of junk in my opinion. This is completely unacceptable when using this for training.

The battery blinks red/yellow after a few minutes of being on. Fully charged it again, flashing red. Had to recharge.

The stimulation sensitivity level is inconsistent. The correction level seems inconsistent too. Bummed it down to level 3, and barely felt anything.

That slows the process.

Overall this is an incredible tool for training stubborn puppers mine has become very receptive in less than a week

I was skeptical at first due to the price compared to other ecollars
