This knee rest is the best thing ever. It's so easy to get back up using the bars for leverage. I love that the foam pad is so thick, too. Great hekl for aging knees, easy to work on floor.

I keep expecting the platform to bend, the fasteners to shear. The hand rails are flimsy and poorly designed. The metal is pretty flimsy.

The metal under the cushion is too thin

The strip of plastic to put along the edge of metal was melted or compressed shut

This makes a big difference when you have a bad back or a new hip as i do and should not bend less than a 90 degree angle

Also the strip meant to go on in front of the kneeling pad was sealed shut so could not be installed
