Pros
Not as good as pricier options but ok for general use. Metal plate is sturdy, but perhaps the plastic drum has quite a lot of flex in it. Feels like it will last unlike that flimsy yellow stuff that we've had before.
This reel fitted to garage wall is much neater. Easy to assemble and install. Comes with all the needed fittings too, assembles in minutes.
Comes with bracket, screws, rawl plugs and a jet nozzle.
This guide also helps to prevent your hose from kinking. That is once you work out how to tighten the internal mechanism.
Cons

Despite several attempts to reassemble the reel the only way it can be used is to take it off the bracket and unroll the hose by hand, then manually rewind the hose on to the reel. Wall bracket wobbles. Media could not be loaded.
Unfortunately, firstly. Still no response from anyone - not even an acknowledgment.

It winds in well especially when used in conjunction with the included angled hose guide you can fasten to the wall separately
The gardena reel was the product i decided upon

Product is good but was bought as a gift no exterior packaging box was open and no doubt bits missing
But onceit was assembled and on the walli wouldnt do without it

The reel holds up to 60m of 13mm hose i believe so it was more than enough for my 30m
Did a lot of research intially with hozelock product but because of the site of my tap couldnt find a suitable solution
I purchased this gardena wall mounted hose reel to replace an existing hozelock item that leaked

It comes in several parts and is a little tricky to put together mainly around the area you have to plumb in the main hose connection

Poor instructions so i dont yet know if ive assembled the collar that secures the rotating joint correctly

All the attachments you will need but factor in having to sort yourself a short hose to attach to the tap not supplied but the fittings are
