It is easy to * but have yet to try it with putting the contents into juice or water. They seem just as high quality as they always were. I hope this review helps and reassures anyone who might be on the fence.

These are really excellent prenatal vitamins, tried and true for me. Work great while pregnant and breastfeeding. Natural and organic prenatal vitamin.

There was nothing else in the shipping box to help with shock absorption

The shipping box was sealed however the original box the pills came in was opened and the lid was cracked

I don’t know what’s been going on with amazon lately but packaging has been poor
