Pros

The smell of all multi-vitamins reminds me faintly of the old flintstones ones. Only downside is that these vitamins are pretty expensive! Perfect blend of nurtrients, great formula too. It’s great and the perfect multivitamin.

This is unbelievable! They are big but for what ever reason, they are not difficult to *. No problems with packaging.

Cons

Garden of life products now belong to nestlé. Nestle is horrible co. Ruins it for these great products. There should be a refund for unused bottles at least.

There's no iron in the supplement at all. Folate needs to be superior source also. Allergens and inactive ingredients cause inflammation in our bodies.

Coating on pill almost immediately disappears as soon as you place it in your mouth. Pill, itself, is very large so when the coating disappears it scratches your * when you try to * it.
