I saw another reviewer say it doesn't dissolve in water, that's not true. Research shows that this dosage is the best amount for maximum absorption.

Cons

Have to drink a lot of fluid to get the pill down. Try biting the pill, and like i said, they are very hard.

I like this brand and think they provide high quality whole food supplements

I tested it out put two pills in a glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and it completely dissolved

They get stuck down in my body and is very painful

If they werent so expensive i would take them every day because they are so good for your skin health and gums
