The taste is very neutral and it blends with my morning smoothie perfectly.
My hair is healthier. My nails are long and strong! Hair seems healthier. Looking forward to seeing my wrinkles start to diminish" "my knees feel better than they have in years.
The grass-fed part of the product helps with the ease of digestion. I also drink 7 ounces of chicken bone broth every day which contains about 7 grams of type 2 collagen. This is a high-quality and nutrient-dense product.
Cons
The flavor was very similar to a gelatin/slight vanilla smell/taste. The hassle of trying to get the powder to dissolve is not worth it. The container is defective.

So i’ve been taking it for a year and it does what it’s supposed to with hair and bones but i’m finding out after skipping it ones i noticed that my hormones aren’t out of balance as they usually are i would have long periods of drowsiness brain fog anxiety irritability and anger everyday and i wasn’t able to pin point what was doing it to me i’ve been taking it for so long that i found out it wasn’t me i was taking coffee out of my diet and stuff but it was collagen cause ones i stopped taking it i was actually able to feel well rested and happy there is a large amount of proline in this product i’m sure it has some benefits for it being in there but it has effects that i looked into that were result of feeling depressed which personally doesn’t benifit me while working a hectic job

So i keep this review simple the powder has absolutely no taste or scent it dissolves quickly and without clumping in cold or hot drinks
