Pros
I find it better than protein. Especially since my gall-bladder removal this is the only protein that works.
This product is awesome. Not trying to be super bulky, but great for the regular person. Amazon offers it at a great price!
It blasts the stuffy nose better than decongestant drugs. Works wonderfully blended with berries for a healthy morning smoothie.
Goatein is a great way to go, if you are wary of dairy issues. It's naturally sweet and really great for acid reflux. I'm allergic to dairy so this is wonderful.
Cons
This stuff is disgusting. It is hardly bearable when it is hot and the cooler it gets, it is the most disgusting thing i have ever drank.
