Pros
After taking gol supplement, no pain. Hips that hurt to lay on them or hurt to walk up stairs is no longer an issue. Garden of life is a very good and trustworthy brand and 60% of my vitamins i get from this company.
Cons
Chalky, chalky mineral supplement. I gag as it's too much.
