Pros
A nice reminder of our trip to spain adn to encourage my next foray into spanish cuisine. I own a couple different sizes of these paella pans as they are durable.
This is a great starter paellera for a guy who doesn't know if he wants to develop this as a hobby. Yes, it takes some tlc, but a good paella is worth the trouble.
Cons
Do yourself a favor and get a smooth bottom pan. Washed once and rusted everywhere. Completely rusted and unusable. Amazon no debe vender algo de tan mala calidad.

My only complaint is with the glue used to stick the label on the middle of the pan
However it did not come with the stated pamphlets and recipes but it did come with a big sticky label that was difficult to remove
The product description says this size is good for serving 23

In order to avoid seriously scratching the pan after boiling water didnt melt it all i rubbed the pan with a white 34mr

Still small enough to be cooked on a stove top indoors in bad winter weather

Once used it is highly unlikely that you can return it to pristine condition but why would you want to
