This is a great and inexpensive buy. Highly recommend. Inexpensive and to the point.
Easy to install with strong adhesive tape. Works with any door opener. Takes a few minutes to set up and link to wifi. Wifi signal is not great, but it works.

Cons
The app instructions state that pressing the “reset button’ will result in 4 beeps. Everytime i change the batteries i struggle to get it to connect to the wifi. It requires messing around the wi-fi router settings to get the device to connect.
There were virtually no instructions with this. For example, it says that installing batteries will start the unit. There are no markings of any kind anywhere. Check out the attached pic showing there front of the unit.

When the door is open youll get a message within seconds the same when it closes

Also can have it just warn you if the door has been open for more than 15 minutes
