The light is over the washing machine so i raised a couple of the petals up to spread the light out otherwise it would actually be too bright right under it

It simply replaces overhead screwin bulb like you might find in a garage or basement

Using only 60 watts it puts out a blinding white light roughly equivalent to a 180 watt incandescent bulb

We really wanted some of these extrabright garagetype lights for around the house but they dont fit in a typical socket that has a globe around it of any type

The extension makes this fit perfectly and you can see how one of these at 60lm outperforms a bunch of regular 100w bulbs in the same fixture
