Pros
A well made, solid item. Very easy to install.
Worked like a charm! Exact fit replacement. Fits into old garage door mechanism exactly. Does not have predrilled holes for interior handle mounting though.
Cons
Item says keyed garage door. Poor description. Item says universal but it did not work with our garage door as the original part had holes for a pin to be placed in it this doesn't.
