Pros

Soak the whole thing in warm soapy water before hand. After installation, the garage presses the seal tighter and tighter. Now when my garage door closes there are no more gaps between it and the drive.

Better than the original seal on my raynor garage door. Seems much sturdier with the o inside rubber strip.

This is one of the product you should definitely buy online instead of wasting a shopping trip for. Would definately buy again. Decent price. Seems to work great.

Cons

Heavy duty but flanges too thick to slide on rail on bottom of door. Product feels flimsy and cheap. Tabs tears easily when installing.
