Pros

It seems thin, however when you close the garage door it does the job. It keeps its shape and maintains a tight fit. Fit like a glove and easy to install. Tighten the seal again.

Placing it into the channels and pulling it along the length of the door was very easy. Tip- submerge the roll of rubber gasket material in a bucket of hot water and dish detergent.

Cons

When it arrived it only fits a u track with t ends. Not for a single track. This is not what i expected.
