Pros

Fit 5/16 t-track. Perfect for cheyenne weather. Measure door before ordering get next longer size. Don't forget to secure the seal in place with a couple of screws.

Two people enable a quicker installation. Easy to install but easier with two person.

Slid the old seal out and slid the new seal in. After the garage floor and driveway cracked due to an earth quake. This makes me wonder about the long-term longevity of the seal.

Product as advertised. Love this product. Highly recommended. Would recommend to a friend.

Cons

This is a flimsy piece of rubber that the rodent can push up on and get under. It is better to insert an old garden hose inside the empty space of the o shape. I have an 18 foot wide garage door and the rubber shrunk by about 10 inches.

Learned the hard way that if you get the t size too small it just falls out of the channel when trying to insert it
