Vest helps you sweat more, helps with posture, and it doesn't show the sweat spots through your clothes.
Weigh 135 and 5 ft tall. Runs big. But that's kind of to be expected. Do measure before deciding on your size.
Cons
The smell from this vest is so bad that i’ve been afraid to wear when i go to work out. It smells like it’s been made with recycled tires. It runs big (which doesn't help with sweating) and fits awkward at best. Will be returning.
