Pros & Cons
Pros
The ganzo has a different shape than a mora. Grip is comfortable, sheath is ambidextrous. Fits securely in plastic sheath. Can be sheathed/holstered either direction.
I feel a little softer than 12c27 but sharpens easily. Love the handle, love the sharpness out of the box. Easy to maintain and keep sharp. Can be re-sharpened easily.
Good texturing to keep you from slipping in wet weather. Perfect combo of size and grip. Grip is firm and not gummy. Handle is quite comfortable and very grippy.
The knife has a saber grind instead of a scandi grind. It has a little burr on the left side of the spine which is great for scrapping. It will snag molten balls off your ferro rod a bit.
The blade has an attractive tumbled finish on it. It looks durable. Pretty decent knife overall.
