Pros

It's a beefy (heavier) knife, but that's what i wanted. Great retention for both the blade and the pocket clip. Only cons are the size (this is a big pocket knife), weight, and the 'glass breaker' screw.

Action is very smooth and the lock-up feels very secure and safe. No wiggle in blade and solid benchmade style lockup. Also, the axis lock used on this knife is pretty dang good for a knife at this price point. No blade slop.

Grippy ribs on the handles are a good touch. Grip is ergonomic and comfortable. Fills up the hand and fits well.

The g10 handles are great and machining is clean. The materials and workmanship are great. Has really nice build quality, a decent piece of steel.

Stainless steel is heat treated and solid. The steel is easily maintained and sharpened. It keeps an edge very well and sharpens easily. Inspired by the lionsteel sr1 with g10 around it, vice milled aluminum or titanium.

Cons

The blade is very soft and dented and chipped when cutting cold cuts. The grip feels like brittle plastic, the blade is not great steel, and it is difficult to open and close.

Any way back to the ganzo 720 the knife blade is heavy and thick it is capable of getting razor sharp with a good re profiling of the blade

Smooth out of the box nice g10 and hefty as i expected

My ganzo g720 was mistaken by my knife expert friend for being a 150 knife

Competitiveness

Besides a pocket clip i have never had a failure yet on a ganzo knife

I am a big fan of ganzo knives

Yes it is a chinese knockoff but you could buy 6 for the price of the original

I own benchmades kabars ontarios a lot of solid expensive knives not a huge fan of chinese knives
