This product is good for any illness. I use it when i have an itchy * or sinus issues due to vog or pollen. It works best when taken at the onset of a cold and consistently helps reduce the severity of the symptoms.

Take few days before, during and after and no repercussions. Take this at first signs of the flu. After that progresses, my body starts attacking itself. Unlike many other brands of gan mao ling, these are not sugar coated.

Cons

Gan mao ling seems to actually extend my cold, with symptoms being suppressed initially, then all * breaks loose. My experiences my not be attributed to this product.
