I contacted the seller through amazon and upon receiving my photos of the tears they immediately shipped out a replacement piece

The arm rests rotate and i dont understand the purpose of it so every time she uses the arm rests to pull herself forward they rotate in from to and they make an obnoxiously loud clicking noise when they do it

Apparently the 45° out helps when she sits cross legged in it but i still think its an annoying feature to not be able to put any force on the arm rests to get out of the chair or they turn

Id recommend a good screwdriver with a pentagon tip the piece it comes with isnt so comfortable in setting it up
