Pros
The adjustable lumbar support is great for my back and neck. The footrest works for me (5'5~5'6) and is comfortable to have when needed. In addition the arm rests are also cushioned.
The chair looks way better in person than it does in the amazon stock photos as you can see the attached pics. The only downside is the footrest rails not align properly making the right side a little bit lower than the left.
I appreciate their support ; and, i'm sure they'll make successful business! Notified the company by email. Overall very satisfied with the product.

I purchased two and thr base of one the chair snapped two weeks after the warranty expired and they shipped the replacement parts for free not questions asked

The shipper uses fedex whon i called to see if my nabour could sign for me

In the end i had to drive across the city to go pick up my package because fedex uses contractors and could not force the contractor to return
