Pros
It has a lot of options like recline, extra padding for lumbar support and neck support. The chair looks and feels heavy-duty resilient. It is surprisingly comfortable when reclining.
It’s so sporty looking! But overall vary happy. Super happy with it. And it looks pretty cool too.
Cons
The inner welding is incredibly weak and won't hold any weight.
The chair has potential but its just not made for being sat in for 8 hours straight, 5 days a week. Did not come with instructions. Overall, i highly recommend that people look elsewhere.
The padding on this chair is hard as a rock. The neck pillow never stays in place but not a huge deal breaker for me. The cushion quality is pretty meh too.

It is used regularly was reasonably priced
It was cool at first but now i have no use for it it was a total loss of money and this aint cheap
This isn’t a premium office chair you’ll find in a law firm bank or executives conference room those chairs are usually 1000 dollars folks

It came quickly in the mail within four days
The right side arm part got damaged but customer service through email was fast and easy

Easy to assemble but i think the packaging could have been a little better
However there were zero instructions in the box

I think a lot of negative reviews are trying to make comparisons to chairs made by secret labs or respawn that are almost 100 more

It wasnt clear when it came to the arm rest instructions so here a little tip

The smallest of the screws are used to the put the covers on over the side pieces

You may also need to put the screws in and then remove them for easier placement
