Assembly was pretty easy except putting the plastic covers on the joints that was a bit of a pain to line up the screws and screw them in had to push really hard on the plastic and screw in order for the thread to catch

The lumbar support pillow is adjustable because it isnt attached to anything

I wouldnt call it adjustable or removable as it is listed in the description because it is a freestanding pillow

Additionally the lumbar pillow is either too thick or too dense because it doesnt seem to mold to my body like the headrest pillow

As for returning like other customer said would be a pain returning as i would have to disassembly pack it up and bring to post office big pain guess will have to live with it till i save up some money to buy another chair
