I have found them to be touchy about some surfaces though especially if you try to use their lift off sensitivity adjustment

The software to configure it can be awkward and has limitations

For example recording macros is done too literally it even records the timing and plays back at exactly the timing of the recording for most uses the software does not seem to have any way to replicate a configuration between two devices other than doing it all over manually and it will not configure a device if you have two of the same device plugged in at the same time must have only one plugged in to configure it

It looked almost like it had been tampered with during packaging as the mouse feet were scratched up quite a bit

I did notice that the lights seem to glitch out a bit when you change profiles but thats not really a bit deal and its something that could probably be fixed with a firmware update if they wanted to
