Much easier to get on and off then the spring clamps but they are made out of plastic

Of course being made out of plastic they do not clamp super strong save a whole lot away if you tip it to decide you can potentially slide the plates off

I deadlift 500 lbs drop it from waist height bar hits the ground collars stay put

I used the side of the buckle like the instructions said but the cover cracked and will probably fall apart soon and i am using tape for now

The button is kind of confusing i have trouble getting it to turn onofftarelbskgetc without looking at the instructions which will eventually get lost
