Pros
Did a descent job for the price. The only downside is the dust collection. Only complaint is the short cord, but extension cords are cheap, this is cheaper by far than the battery power ones.
Bought this sanded with specific requirements in mind. Plus came with sandpaper. But, it beats sanding by hand. I use it to get any resin drips off the back side.

You will still have to clean dust from the floor but the dust colector catches the mayority of it
