Pros

Once cooked, close the lid and refrigerate overnight. The metal handle is easy to use and it seals the jar very well. I prep some onion masala to be used over 2 weeks and it keeps it from spoiling.

Cons

Glass around the ring that attaches to the lid chips off in tiny pieces over time. I hope it comes off in the dishwasher.
