Pros

I think it is goo, the color and pattern makes it good for men and women. The poppy design is so cute. I have no firsthand knowledge of this product, since it was a gift.

It has so much grip, and i don't slip on the mat constantly like i did with the other one. It's quite stable and if you like a slightly squishy feel i think you will like it. Not too slippery.

This gaiam mat is amazing. We own a couple of gaiam yoga mats, this is the latest purchase. This mat is awesome.

This one is the thinnest of the bunch but is nice. It is light-weight and rolls snugly. I slightly prefer the thicker fabric covered variety.

Cons

The pvc material compresses down enough that it's like i'm kneeling on a bare floor. The 5mm is very flimsy & i am afraid i will not be successful practicing hot yoga with this. Suggest you look for thicker mats that provide more cushioning.
