Pros
It feels really good to rub my foot on it. It exceeds my expectations for such a simple thing. My recommendation is to put a towel down between the rollers and a hard wood floor.
The spacing on the nubs allows you to feel them individually without them having too much pressure per nub. Great for feet and even the space between my shoulders and neck. Makes me more aware of my feet, and the tactile sensitive nature of them.
They both feel great to use interchangeably. The pain and stiffness are so intense that simply walking around becomes difficult.
