I been doing charting as my birth control and noticed that my progesterone was low because first of all i wasnt ovulating my charting was super weird one day high one day low and the worse thing of all my period started to come every 2 weeks last minth i got it twice and i was only off for one entire week of the whole month it was exhausting a person online told me about it and i thank her so much for letting me know went ti sprouts the next day and bought a bottle i got my period for the second time last month on the 24th and thought that i was going to get it again 2 weeks after that well thank god no i got it on christmas eve merry christmas to me

I reached the age where periods are sometimes out of balance mainly too short cycles which is annoying
