Pros
This product was recommended to me for my migraines. The company is excellent, but talk to your naturopathic doctor before taking any rando supplements off the internet! I love that they are vegan capsules as well.
This brand is trustworthy and delivers results. This gaia works as well as fresh powder.
Cons
Raw maca often causes stomach problems, while gelatinized maca (which is in gaia's version) usually does not. Overall for the price and having to increase the dosage, they just aren't worth it.
