Pros
Both terrific products. Works well and my holistic doctor agrees. Do read the instructions. In a nutshell this formula works!
This company is one of the few legitimate companies in this business. Great products, reasonable prices and are transparent with their consumers.
Cons
The formula just did nothing for me. And there was also extremely watery and forceful diarrhea.

I used to absolutely hate getting up each morning and these pills have made it to where i can get up quickly and feel well rested
Earlier my sleep quality was poor and i used to be awake for couple of hours
My adrenals were in bad shape after a very stressful event adrenaline over load that would set me on fire and then leave me exhausted
Price
Its a bit pricy but it definitely improved my sleep quality
Cheaper on amazon than their actual site
Not quite sure if the price is worth it but im going to wait a few months to see what the long term effects are

Be careful taking it though and then playing on your phone or staying awake because if you end up staying awake it will make you even more awake

In my case it helped me to relax before bed but it didn’t make me sleep but to be fair i do suffer from severed insomnia
