The machine exudes quality. Buy with confidence. I have clearly stepped up.

The gaggia classic weighs a ton compared to the ec220, all due to higher quality metal parts. The price is unbeatable for this level. The design is timeless. A simple durable espresso machine.

The machine heats up quickly and provides vastly superior extraction compared to the delonghi. Refilling the water is an ease and very convenient. Drip tray is easy to clean.

Milk steamer produces frothed milk with the best of them. Brews a great cappucino. Strong boiler - good steam and makes amazing coffee.

A 3-4 week turn around for a warranty repair is unacceptable. Considering taking action against gaggia and their us distributor. Out of warranty, of course.
