There are two issues one is that the ponytail hole is too high

If your ponytail is too low it pulls the front of the hat backwards

The band is adjustable but for me even the largest setting was pretty tight on my head and the ear laps barely cover my ears

My braid is a bit lower down than a ponytail too and it took some effort to figure out how to feed my braid through get it on my head and not have the ear flaps stuck up inside the hat itself
