Pros
Theredo belt is designed to support the pelvis/* bone and hold up a large growing belly. Only complaint is it gets rolled up on my belly after wearing longer than 4 hours.
The support is so insane that when i take off i feel instantly heavy again and i instantly have to pee. This helps relieve some of the weight pressed on there. It relieves some pain and tension i experienced on my long walks.
It's a bit big, but i sized up intentionally as i'm only six months. The relief i feel is worth the mild discomfort. I am a woman who had back problems even pre-pregnancy.
Cons

Im now 31 weeks along with another baby and the velcro has worn out so badly that it just falls off when you try to use it and this is using it with zero bendingstretching just on walks and mowing the lawn that kind of thing

I guess i shouldnt complain given that i used it nearly every day my last pregnancy and velcro does have a finite lifespan but it was just a bummer to have to get a new one

Not very comfortable for sitting in bending in but great support when you need to be up and walkingrunning
