The base of each bulb does look like a g9 in shape but it is far larger than a normal g9 halogen bulb and does not fit in my light fixture even though normal halogen g9 fit perfectly

I agonized over picking the right led replacement bulb for our bathroom fixture i did a lot of comparisons and felt that these would match the lumens and color of what was already installed normal halogen i was already aware of the size and did some basic measurements
