It's much better than carrying a full size backpack or a duffle bag. The multiple compartments are perfect for organizing medical supplies. It holds a good quantity of supplies for a small camping or hiking emergency.

This is absolutely unacceptable for a bag of this type. The seller (g4free) clearly care nothing about the quality of their products. The container area on top is not even, so anything you put in there that has hard sides will not fit properly.

It should be located at the very top so that the pack doesnt twist outward from your back

The flaps are supposed to sit at the sides of your hips on each hip forwardback facing but for someone size 36 or larger in us they won’t wrap around

The major issue i have as its intended use is as a buttpackfanny packas a standalone the waist belt is mounted too low on the pack causing it to shift outboard instead of balanced and snug to the center of the back

However the design feature to hide the bags own waist belt creates the same problem for the molle as tucking the waist belt removes access to the velcro that seals the compartment when not in use
