Pros

These are easy enough to clear out and return the bernoulli principle to full effect. In a pinch its a savior.

This does a great job and is less cumbersome than the electric pump. Used it to pump out a koi pond, with lots of leaves and sludge in the bottom. It's a bit of a pain that you need to keep the water running to get the best effect. I'm sure siphoning ... Read More
